The App uses the latitude and longitude of windsurfing spots you register. This information is used solely to retrieve weather data.

2.2 Weather Data

The App uses Apple WeatherKit API to obtain weather data. Retrieved data is temporarily cached on your device.

2.3 Purchase Information

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. The App does not directly access your payment information.

3. Where Data Is Stored

All data handled by the App (registered spots, weather cache, settings) is stored only on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers.

4. Account Registration

No account registration is required to use the App. We do not collect email addresses, names, or any other personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple MapKit — Map display and place name search
