By downloading or using WindSpot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
The App provides wind forecasts for windsurfing spots using the Apple WeatherKit API. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather.
The App offers a free plan and subscription plans (Pro, Pro+). Features and pricing for each plan are displayed within the App.
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the purchased period.
Weather data provided by the App is forecast information obtained from the Apple WeatherKit API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data. For critical weather-related decisions (including safety), please consult official weather services.
The App is provided "as is." The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including accidents during windsurfing activities. Weather condition assessment is always the user's responsibility.
All intellectual property rights in the App's design, code, and content belong to the developer. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather, based on Apple Weather data sources.
These Terms of Use may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you within the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
