1.1 Information You Provide
- Captured Images: Photos of whiteboards, blackboards, documents, etc. taken with the camera
- Photo Library Images: Existing photos selected by the user
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Purchase Information: If you use in-app purchases, purchase information is processed through Apple Inc. We do not directly collect credit card or other payment information
- Advertising Information: The free version displays ads through Google AdMob. Information may be processed according to Google's privacy policy for ad delivery
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect the following information:
- Personally identifiable information such as name, address, phone number, or email address
- Location data
- Contact information
2. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used only for the following purposes:
- Image text recognition (OCR) and AI structuring
- Image perspective correction and filter processing
- Generation of export files (Text, Markdown, PDF, PPTX, Image)
- Verification of in-app purchase status
- Display of advertisements (free version only)
3. On-Device Processing
The App's core features (text recognition, AI structuring, image correction) are all processed entirely on your device.
- Captured images are never sent to external servers
- Text recognition (OCR) uses the Apple Vision framework and is completed on-device
- AI structuring uses Apple Intelligence and is completed on-device
- Processed data is stored only in the device's local storage
Privacy Protection: SnapNote AI uses on-device processing, ensuring that your captured data and text data are never transmitted externally over the internet.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not provide, sell, or lend your information to third parties.
Exceptions include the following cases:
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property
5. Advertising
The free version of the App displays ads using Google AdMob.
- Google may use cookies and device identifiers for ad delivery

- Purchasing the Premium version (one-time purchase) will remove all ads
6. In-App Purchases
The App offers in-app purchases to remove usage limits and ads.
- Payment processing is handled through Apple Inc.'s system
- Payment information (credit card details, etc.) is not disclosed to us
- Purchase history is managed through your Apple ID
- The Restore Purchases feature allows you to carry over purchases when changing devices
7. Children's Privacy
The App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it.
8. Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. By using on-device processing, the App minimizes the risk of data leaving your device.
